This 3-hour class is designed to review and also cover additional techniques to help you during labor and birth. It will cover relaxation, comfort measures, massage, using birth balls, breathing and other coping techniques. Learn first hand tips from a doula and childbirth educator about what works to help you in the birth of your baby. This a great class for parents-to-be who are wanting more hands on practice or are having their second baby and would like a refresher.
This is NOT intended to replace the knowledge gained from a regular childbirth class series, especially if you are expecting your first child.
NOTE: Your registration reserves a space for two (you and one birth partner). We strongly suggest bringing along a partner, doula, or other support person.
